LMSW

Gabriella Ruocco, LMSW, is an integrative psychotherapist and trauma-sensitive yoga teacher who works with individuals of all ages, couples, and Spanish-speaking clients. With over ten years of experience in education, community health, and global community engagement, Gabriella brings a deeply relational, culturally responsive, and strengths-based approach to her work.

Gabriella is passionate about supporting survivors of sexual, childhood, interpersonal, and immigration trauma, as well as individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, and complex emotional experiences. She has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families in both English and Spanish, creating supportive spaces where clients can feel understood, empowered, and connected to their own strengths.

Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic practices, mindfulness, and meditation, Gabriella tailors therapy to the unique needs and goals of each client. As a trauma-sensitive yoga teacher, she also integrates movement and mind-body practices when appropriate, helping clients deepen their connection with themselves and develop greater awareness of their emotional experiences.

At the heart of Gabriella’s practice is a belief in the power of genuine connection and collaboration. She strives to meet each person with curiosity, compassion, and attunement, honoring the impact of culture, identity, relationships, and lived experience while supporting clients as they move toward meaningful and sustainable change.
