MHC-P

Throughout my training, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients presenting with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and family conflict. My experience includes conducting intake assessments, individual therapy, crisis and safety planning, treatment planning, couples counseling, and overall, meeting clients where they’re at.

As a bilingual clinician who speaks both English and Spanish and comes from a family of immigrants, I recognize the importance of understanding each client’s unique experiences, values, and cultural background. Rather than making assumptions, I strive to meet clients where they are, creating a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment that respects their individual perspectives and goals.

I am particularly passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and couples. I enjoy helping teenagers and emerging adults navigate identity development, academic and career stress, relationships, family dynamics, and major life transitions. In my work with couples, I focus on strengthening communication, increasing emotional understanding, and helping partners build healthier and more secure relationships.

My goal is to provide an empathetic, culturally responsive, and evidence-based approach that empowers clients to create meaningful and lasting change.
